• Job seekers must apply only to legitimate openings and refrain from sharing spam or promotional content.

22) Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions,
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or
• Misuse the platform in any way.

23)   Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments made on Superfastjob.com for any paid services by superfastjob.com such as job postings, featured listings, or resume access are non-refundable once the service has been activated or used. Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of payment only if the service has not yet been activated (within the activation timeline), by emailing superfastconsultants@gmail.com, with your order details. Refunds, if approved due to technical errors or failed service activation, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. We are not responsible for user dissatisfaction, inactive use, or results that depend on market response. This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Nagpur, India].
